Watch Sam Smith & Naughty Boy Perform “La La La” On ‘TODAY’
Things have been pretty quiet on the Sam Smith front since his stint on Saturday Night Live last month. But today (April 25) he’s kicking it into high gear, with a Late Show performance on the way, which was preceded by a live rendition of “La La La” with Naughty Boy on TODAY this morning.
These morning show gigs are always stale as hell, but the Brits did what they could on the Rockefeller Center stage, with Naughty Boy poking away at his MPC and Sam doing his dapper crooner thing. To be honest, though, the highlight might actually be when the camera plows right into a fan-made sign at 2:12.
