Ed Sheeran Unveils His Fan-Assisted “All Of The Stars” Video: Watch
Ed Sheeran debuted the video for his The Fault In Our Stars soundtrack contribution today (May 9) and it features fan-generated messages of encouragement submitted via Instagram. More than 5000 entries were received over a three day period, which is impressive given that the participants had no idea their handiwork would end up in the Brit’s visual.
The finished product is a simple collage of fan messages with the occasional snippet of film footage. There’s even a cameo from Ed at the end. It suits the sparse, emotional approach of “All Of The Stars”, which should follow X lead single “Sing” to the top of the charts. It’s also a welcome throwback to the + era, at least sound-wise.
