Britney Spears extends her Las Vegas residency, Britney: Piece of Me, among reports that she could stay for up to two more years.

Spears kicked off her two-year, 50-date residency last December, while promoting her eighth album Britney Jean; immediately, Piece of Me proved to be a huge success in attracting Sin City’s increasingly younger crowd, plus stars ranging from Miley Cyrus to Katy Perry and Adam Lambert. She’s since added 30 more dates, with more dates in August and September, a run from October through December, and shows booked for February 2015.

And if reports are true, then Spears’ residency could easily extend to December 2016. New York Daily News says that the pop star was offered $12 million to do so, while TMZ says that she’s “close” to inking that deal with Caesars Entertainment, the parent company of Planet Hollywood. “Britney Spears has been a great success for the company and will be extended, if she wants to do it, and I cannot see why not,” Gary Selesner, Caesars Palace president, said to New York Daily News.
