Robyn And Röyksopp’s “Do It Again” Gets A Dark And Dreamy Remix From Moullinex: Listen
Robyn and Röyksopp have yet to put a foot wrong in their Do It Again EP campaign. The music is icily brilliant and the visual element is on point. Hell, they even survived a Volvo commercial with their dignity intact. As such, it should come as no surprise that the official remix — courtesy of indie-electro maestro Moullinex — is near perfect.
The Portuguese DJ, who has previously remixed songs for Cut Copy and Sebastien Tellier, transforms “Do It Again” into an ominous excursion through a murky soundscape of sinister synths. It puts a completely new spin on the song but, impressively, it still sounds very Robyn/Röyksopp. Listen to Moullinex’s brooding interpretation after the jump.
