That’s a wrap, folks. Season six of The Voice came to a close tonight (May 20) after a marathon of performances culminating with Coldplay‘s “A Sky Full Of Stars.” After that, Carson Daly lined up finalists Christina Grimmie, Jake Worthington and Josh Kaufman, and after the requisite dramatic pauses, he announced that Josh Kaufman was this season’s champion.

“I can’t even talk,” Josh exclaimed as confetti fell overhead after his victory. “I’m overwhelmed, I’m surprised, I’m happy, I’m relieved.” And so are we, Josh. So are we.

That gives Team Usher the win, with Team Blake’s Jake coming in second and Team Adam’s Grimmie in third place.
