Broods Give Their “Bridges” Video A Makeover: Watch The Equally Moody US Version

New Zealand brother-sister duo Broods unveiled the new (and actually improved) version of their “Bridges” video today (May 28). The original was only released a couple of months ago but it was considered too obtuse for the American market. That’s a fancy way of saying Caleb and Georgia weren’t in it and we like to see our budding pop stars over here.

Directed by Dori Oskowitz, the revised clip is an oddly ominous visual feast filmed in California’s beautiful Sierra Pelona mountains. The Nott siblings are present (and look suitably ethereal in the dappled sunlight) but the plot centers around a group of creepy teens bathing in a lake. It’s basically Picnic At Hanging Rock with a kick-ass soundtrack. Watch up top.
