Kanye West’s “Black Bruce Wayne”: Hear The Alleged ‘Yeezus 2’ Leak

Fans of Kanye West cannot wait for the follow-up to 2013’s Yeezus. One fan was so eager to hear it, actually, that he paid $475 for a snippet of what’s purported to be a new song, “Black Bruce Wayne.”

The title’s lifted from a lyric West spits – “Father is the black Bruce Wayne, only shorty in preschool rockin’ two chains” – before the snippet cuts off. The second half of that couplet has fans wondering if the song will feature 2 Chainz, like in Cruel Summer‘s blockbuster hit “Mercy.” And as a whole, with its strings and synth blips, the snippet seems to confirm what a source told Billboard about West’s new album: “mostly a mixture of soul samples and tamed Yeezus-esque darkness… nothing abrasive.”

But did that fan get what he wanted? Apparently not. As Consequence of Sound first pointed out, a member of fan forum KanyeToThe paid $475 for an entire song, though the source backed out and instead sent the 32-second snippet, with just 12 seconds of West actually rapping. But the little to be heard of “Black Bruce Wayne” is still worth checking out — hear for yourself after the jump.
