Hilary Duff Jokes About Getting Older In ‘Younger’ Sneak Peeks: Watch

“We’re only in our twenties once,” Hilary Duff says, in a trailer for TV Land’s Younger. After winning over viewers as a clumsy but lovable preteen in Lizzie McGuire, Duff returns to TV as a smart-talking co-worker who has no idea what’s going on.

Younger‘s premise reads somewhat like 1999’s Never Been Kissed: Broadway star Sutton Foster as a single 40-year-old mom who pretends to be 26 in order to relaunch her career. Debi Mazar plays Foster’s friend, telling her to go for it – and, in another sneak peek, Duff seems to have no idea. “Before you know it, you’re gonna be in your 40s,” she says.

Younger debuts on TV Land in January. Watch the first trailer up top, then see Duff steal the show in a scene after the jump.
