Owl City Premieres “Beautiful Times” Video, Readies ‘Ultraviolet’ EP For Release Tomorrow

When last the world at large from Owl City, he and Carly Rae Jepsen were having quite a “Good Time” in the upper reaches of the singles chart two summers ago. The one-man synth-pop act (known in real life as Adam Young) is back tomorrow (June 27) with a new EP titled Ultraviolet. Not to be confused with, you know, Lana Del Rey‘s current chart-topping album Ultraviolence — or maybe there is some hope that you’ll confuse the two? Oh, marketing…

At any rate, ahead of the Friday release, Owl City has premiered the video for the EP’s Lindsey Stirling collaboration “Beautiful Times.” Rolling Stone has the exclusive on the visual, so peek at a short clip of it above and then go watch the full thing here.
