The wait is nearly over for Sia‘s sixth album 1000 Forms Of Fear, which will arrive on July 8, over four years after 2010’s We Are Born was released. And what a journey the semi-reclusive but in-demand Australian singer-songwriter has been on since then. From Rihanna‘s “Diamonds” to Britney Spears“Perfume” to Beyonce‘s “Pretty Hurts” to Kylie Minogue‘s “Kiss Me Once,” it seems no pop diva these days can do without a Sia Furler-penned bit of angst and longing on their albums.

So far we’ve heard current single “Chandelier” and album tracks “Eye Of The Needle” and “Big Girls Cry” off 1000 Forms Of Fear. And as of today (July 1), iTunes is streaming the entire album a week head of its release. Listen to what might just shape up to be the surprise hit of the summer here.
