Pharrell Williams has been inescapable on the radio over the past year, thus making him a prime target for “Weird Al” Yankovic on his latest album Mandatory Fun. You’ve likely already caught Al’s video for “Happy” parody “Tacky,” and, yes, even Daft Punk and Pharrell’s “Get Lucky” gets riffed on in Yankovic’s latest polka medley on the album, along with a slew of other chart hits from the past couple years.
Now, as if Robin Thicke doesn’t have enough woes lately — anyone pick up a copy of Paula the other week? Didn’t think so — “Weird Al” sends his and Pharrell’s “Blurred Lines” by sending us all back to grammar school with “Word Crimes.”
