Drake Vs. Lil Wayne Tour Gets A Trailer: Watch The Video Game-Inspired Clip
Bound to be one of the hottest hip-hop shows of 2014, the Drake Vs. Lil Wayne tour just released a little teaser, and, like The Karate Kid’s Mr. Miyagi and Daniel LaRusso, it seems that this is another classic case of the teacher versus the student. Created by Capcom, the video is done in the style of the video game Street Fighter where Lil Wayne and Drake are pegged against each other as Sage versus the Protégé, guaranteeing a truly epic clash of hip-hop heavyweights.
“Since, thank god we’ve been so successful, [we’ll just be] going back and forth with our hits and getting the crowd to go crazy, then just finally hit the stage together,” Weezy revealed to MTV News. “It’s a battle type thing.”
