Mother Monster Lady Gaga and music legend Tony Bennett had nothing but praise for each other once they stepped out of a silver Rolls Royce and talked with Carson Daly on the TODAY show this morning. The pair are now officially on the promo slog for their upcoming joint LP of jazzy standards, Cheek To Cheek, and its lead single “Anything Goes.”

“He’s a legend and it’s a total honor to be singing with him,” Gaga said of her musical companion, Bennett. “He’s really changed my life, asking me to sing this record with him. I’ve been singing jazz since I was 13 years old and Tony was the first person that knew that.”

Later in the program, the pair of them discussed working on the album together, and Gaga showed off her new tattoo of Miles Davis’ trumpet that Tony sketched for her.
