Little Monsters, gather ’round: Mother Monster has come down with a case of the altitude sickness.

Late last night, Lady Gaga Instagrammed a photo of herself in a hospital bed with an oxygen mask on her face — still wearing false eyelashes like the glam diva she is. “Altitude Sickness is no Joke! #hitThatHospitalShit #artRaveDenver many true ravers crowd tonight,” she captioned the photo following her Denver ArtRave performance. (Also, as many monsters have urgently pointed out, Gaga is actually wearing the mask upside down. Altitude sickness — it messes with the mind!)

Just as a #FunFact for people who don’t live in Denver: According to the Institute For Altitude Medicine, this dizzying disease is not an uncommon situation for visitors: “AMS can afflict any visitor sleeping higher than 6000 feet. In Colorado, between 15 and 40% of visitors sleeping at 8000 ft or higher get AMS, with the incidence the highest at the highest resorts.” Yikes!

Perhaps Gaga should consider getting off her high (mechanical) horse. We tease! Get well very soon, Gagaloo — you’ve still got Cheek To Cheek promo to do!
