Pentatonix Cover Ariana Grande’s “Problem” And It’s All Kinds Of Annoying/Fantastic: Watch The Video

Seriously, I’ve heard Ariana Grande‘s “Problem” so much this summer that it makes me want to impale myself through the neck with a sawed-off saxophone. So cut to today, and now we have the video for Pentatonix‘s a cappella cover of Ari’s inescapable summer jam. (Pentatonix — apparently not only for your Christmas and Beyonce-abridged listening pleasure…)

The whole thing plays like a scene out of Glee, but, like, Glee when it was still good, three or four seasons ago. I guess what we’re saying here is that you should just watch above. After all, you’ve heard this song three million times already. Once more — with feeling — isn’t going to make a difference.

PS Prepare to have you mind blown, because the tracklist for Pentatonix’s upcoming release PTX Vol. III (out September 23) includes what appears to be a Sam Smith medley called “La La Latch” and a cover of Clean Bandit‘s “Rather Be” AND a cover of Stromae‘s “Papaoutai.” Oh, shit…

PTX Vol. III tracklist

01. Problem
02. On My Way Home
03. La La Latch
04. Rather Be
05. See Through
06. Papaoutai
07. Standing By
