Gwen Stefani, Miley Cyrus, Fergie, 50 Cent & More Bid Chelsea Handler Farewell With “Goodbye To E!”

For seven years, Chelsea Handler‘s crass, ballsy humor brought an air of uniqueness to late night TV — she was, after all, a female in an otherwise male-dominated arena. Alas, her series, Chelsea Lately, came to an end last night (August 27) in a star-filled night that saw Ellen DeGeneres confronting a nude Handler in the shower, the trio of Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston and Mary McCormack staging an intervention of sorts with the hostess, Chelsea’s ex 50 Cent performing with G-Unit and Miley Cyrus covering Roy Orbison‘s “It’s Over.”

For the big finale, multiple past guests of the show and friends of Handler’s — including Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Dave Grohl, Alanis Morissette, Sammy Hagar, LeAnn Rimes and Avril Lavigne — joined her in riffing on “We Are The World” with the farewell song “Goodbye To E!”

Gold stars go to Tim Gunn (“She is done with Teen Moms and Justin Bieber too!”) and Clive Owen (“She’s off to Spain to find random guys to screw!”) for demonstrating their hilarious, if not slightly off-key, singing abilities during the song.

Handler is now off to the greener pastures of Netflix, where she’s developing a yet-to-be-announced talk show program. Until then, watch Chelsea and all her pals sing “Goodbye To E!” above, and catch her probably NSFW nude shower exchange with Ellen below.
