With anticipation high and speculation running rampant ahead of the release of Kanye West‘s Yeezus follow-up, every little song tease that surfaces in the meantime makes fans of the confident rapper jumpy. So here’s another one for West’s followers: a short snippet of a tune we’ll just call “Awesome,” which was played on the most recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Mind you, I know nothing about the Kardashians, nor have I ever watched an episode of their show(s). So let’s just have this quote from some Kardashian or other set the scene up for you: “One of my favorite stories about you and Kanye is that we went to the studio and he was so excited to play this song for her! The whole song was singing the word ‘awesome’, like over and over again, and I’m like, ‘Wow — this guy is so passionate!'”
