Demi Lovato To Launch Skincare Line In December: ‘Devonne By Demi’

Move over, Proactiv: Dr. Demi Lovato is coming for the crown in the skincare world.

Her newly announced line, called Devonne By Demi,, and was developed out of Demi’s own passion for skincare. “Ever since I was a young girl, I have always been about skincare for some reason. When you take time to do things for yourself like care for your skin, you feel the most confident,” she explained to People.

The newly launched site shows off the 3-step line of sweet lemon and peppermint-scented products (yum!), which were developed “as the perfection companion to her on-the-go lifestyle.” But it’s not just a line of products: Proceeds from the products will go to the Lovato Treatment Scholarship, which supports recovery programs for young women.

As an outspoken advocate of self-empowerment, Demi’s also hoping this line of products will help to boost confidence: “I am trying to help young girls and women all over the world love and accept themselves when they look in the mirror. I can guarantee that if you take care of your skin and use products that work, you’ll find that confidence.”
