Tove Lo is about to explode — in more ways than one.

Ever since we first heard “Habits (Stay High),” the lead track off of her fantastic Truth Serum EP released back in early March, we already knew that the Swedish singer-songwriter was about to burst in a big way on the pop scene.

Following the debut of her trippy visual for “Not On Drugs,” Tove is keeping the pop goodness coming ahead of the release of her forthcoming debut LP, Queen Of The Clouds, out on September 30.

And today, we’re bringing you one massive smash of an album track: “Timebomb,” available now if you pre-order the album.

Penned alongside Swede pop legends including Robyn hit-maker Klas Ahlund and Alexander Kronlund (Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys), the surging ode to a fleeting relationship is something of a cross between Robyn’s “Be Mine!” and Lady Gaga at her most arena-sized anthem-iest, including “The Edge Of Glory” and “Gypsy.”

It’s a truly massive production, lifting up to dizzying heights above a heart-racing drum pulse before that monster of a chorus: “We’re not forever, you’re not the one/You and I, we’re a ti-i-ime BOMB! BOMB! BOMB!” she shouts above crashing noise and piano chords.

“The passion in the beginning is always gonna be the best part of it,” Tove explained to us about the track — and we have to agree. This song truly is the best thing ever.
