Fergie Is Officially Back! Listen To A Snippet Of Comeback Single “L.A. Love (La La)”

And she’s back! Fergie unveiled the first taste of comeback single “L.A. Love (La La)” today (September 19) and it’s already glaringly obvious that she has an infuriatingly catchy smash on her hands. The 1:45 snippet sounds like a loop of a much shorter clip — she literally just repeats city names and says “la la la la” — but I don’t care if she spends the whole song selecting random towns from an Atlas.

There’s not much else to take from the mysterious preview, which premiered during a fashion show in Milan. The 39-year-old’s voice is on point and she rides the bouncy hip-hop beat with ease. It’s basically The Dutchess 2.0, which is exactly what her fans have been waiting for. Production details haven’t been released yet but it sounds like a Mike WiLL Made It or DJ Mustard joint to me. Listen after the jump.
