Ready to be seduced by four new, handsome players on the pop scene? Meet The Heydaze, a band from New York’s Upper West Side that consists of Jesse Fink (vocals, guitar), Andrew Wonderberg Underberg (producer, keyboardist), Andrew Spelman ([lead guitar) and Alexander Glantz (drums). “We classify ourselves as Windows Down, Stereo Up music,” Jesse says. “It appeals to a wide range of people, and it’s meant to be catchy and make you feel good.”

Case in point: The guys’ debut single “Don Juan,” a slick pop production with irresistible guitar licks, a danceable beat and an undeniable synth hook. As you might guess from the title, the song’s lyrics are a play on literature’s legendary lothario.

Idolator is premiering “Don Juan” today. Jesse explains the origin of the band’s debut single: “That song is totally tongue-in-cheek. Ever since we became more legit and serious, all of our friends would say, ‘You guys are in a band; you must be getting so much ass!’ We just look at them like, ‘Maybe?’ This track plays off that. It makes a joke out of it. ‘Don Juan’ is the ultimate playboy, and none of us are really like him!”
