Chvrches has released their cut off the Lorde-curated Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1 soundtrack. Titled “Dead Air,” the mid-tempo track showcases what the Scottish trio does best — mixing airy synths and punchy percussion with delicate vocals. Chvrches have been playing this song live for a while, under titles like “Richard Pryor,” “Gene Wilder” and “Eddie Murphy.” So it may already sound familiar to fans.

The Mockingjay OST will be available on November 17, and features songs like Lorde’s “Yellow Flicker Beat” and the Lorde/Miguel/The Chemical Brothers mashup called “This Is Not A Game.”  Other artists making appearances on the soundtrack are Ariana Grande, Tove Lo and Grace Jones. Look out for Mockingjay — Part 1 when it hits theaters on November 21.
