We tipped you off a couple weeks back that  “Locked Out of Heaven” collaborators Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars were teaming up once more for the lead single off Ronson’s upcoming fourth album. Now “Uptown Funk” has finally arrived, ahead of the guys’ November 22 Saturday Night Live performance, and it’s bound to fill any void in the hearts of Stax- and James Brown-loving music fans. This is no half-hearted stab at a retro ’70s groove; “Uptown Funk” is a straight-up ass-kicker.

Mark and Bruno get bonus points for their wiseguy “Michelle Pfeiffer, that white gold” and “gotta kiss myself, so pretty” lines. Listen below.
