One Direction Announce First-Ever NBC Primetime Television Special
One Direction plan to invade your silver screens very soon! The UK pop band have announced their first-ever primetime television special, titled One Direction: The TV Special (obviously). It acts as a major part of promotion for the group’s upcoming fourth studio LP, FOUR. They will also launch a worldwide competition to give fans a chance to win VIP tickets to their Universal Studios performance on November 18.
FOUR is set for a November 17 release, and features songs like “18,” “Ready To Run,” “Night Changes” and “Steal My Girl.” The band also plan to embark on a North American and European stadium tour in 2015, beginning on June 10 in Vienna, Austria. Look out for One Direction: The TV Special when it airs at 8 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 23 on NBC.
