Mary J. Blige Talks "Therapy" (Premiere)
The singer takes us behind the scenes of her LP.

After the stellar tunes that were the “F For You” remix and The London Sessions’ “Right Now,” Mary J. Blige and Disclosure are back again with another collaboration — “Follow.” The cut off the singer’s forthcoming LP is co-written by Jimmy Napes, and is another smooth ’90s UK house-inspired uptempo that will surely get your feet shuffling.

Blige plans to perform at this year’s American Music Awards on November 23, and will sing at the first annual A Very Grammy ChristmasThe London Sessions (out on December 2), features songs like “Therapy,” “Not Loving You,” “Nobody But You” and “Whole Damn Year.”  Take a listen to “Follow” after the jump!
