Back when the reissues, rarities and new releases were first announced for Record Store Day’s upcoming Black Friday sale, our eyes zeroed in on a truly incredible find: The 20th anniversary edition of Aaliyah‘s Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number. (A proper tribute to the R&B icon, as opposed to certain Lifetime TV biopics.)
The 12″ double LP 180 gram white vinyl pressing, which will be released in a limited pressing on Friday, features her Top 10 hits “Back & Forth” and “At Your Best (You Are Love),” as well as the rare bonus track, “The Thing I Like.” And lucky enough for us, we got our hands on a copy in advance.
