Kesha’s Lawyer Claims That Dr. Luke Raped Lady Gaga, She Immediately Denies It

Earlier this morning (December 2), Lady Gaga shocked fans by revealing that she was raped by a producer as a 19-year-old. She didn’t name her attacker but that didn’t stop Kesha‘s lawyer, Mark Geragos, from pointing the finger at Dr. Luke. He tweeted a link to an article about Mother Monster’s assault with the inflammatory caption: “guess who the rapists [sic] was?” The mud-slinging attorney then blamed the super-producer directly.

Embarrassingly for him, and indirectly for Kesha, Gaga immediately refuted the allegations. “It’s absolutely not true… the Dr. Luke lawsuit is utterly incomprehensible,” one of her representatives told TMZ. “This simply isn’t true and how dare someone take advantage of such a sensitive matter.” The man behind hits like “Dark Horse” and “Timber” then issued a statements saying: “Mark Geragos’ statement is completely false and defamatory. Luke met Lady Gaga twice for less than half an hour total in those two meetings combined.” See the lawyer’s tweets after the jump.

Has Mr. Geragos damaged Kesha’s case with these accusations? Have your say in the comments below.
