Sucker isn’t even out until December 15, but who’s got time to wait until then?

In an interview with TIME, “Break The Rules” bad ass pop diva Charli XCX revealed that while she’s busily promoting her raucous sophomore record, she’s also daydreaming about what her third studio album might sound like.

And for those of you hoping to hear some of the stranger noises featured on her fantastic 2013 debut LP True Romance, it sounds like she’s heading back into the weird zone — but a lot peppier this time around: The singer revealed that the upcoming material “will be heavily inspired by Japanese pop music and will sound like both ‘another planet up in the clouds’ and ‘intensely weird and childlike.'” J-Pop? Wonder if her trip to Japan for the “SuperLove” video inspired the new sound.

What do you think about Charli’s plans for her new LP? Discuss below.
