Popping Up: Seinabo Sey
We chatted with the Swedish artist about her upcoming debut LP.

Kygo has made a name for himself thanks to incredibly catchy, tropical house remixes of songs like Seinabo Sey‘s “Younger” and The Weeknd‘s “Often.” But now, the 23-year-old Norwegian DJ/producer has released his first single — “Firestone.”

With LA-based artist Conrad on the track, Kygo’s debut song has a twinkling, upbeat melody that beautifully wraps around the singer’s delicate vocals. “Firestone” is the first cut off the producer’s forthcoming debut album, which will be released in 2015 via Sony Music and Ultra Records. Take a listen after the jump!

In an interview with Billboard, Kygo stated: “I’m working on a lot of original material that I’m super excited about. I’ve been so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented vocalists, guitarists and producers, and I can’t wait to share more originals in the future.”
