Iggy Azalea Reveals The Name Of Her Upcoming Stadium Tour, Hints At The Title Of Her Sophomore LP
Iggy Azalea was arguably the break-out artist of 2014 thanks to chart-topping Charli XCX collaboration “Fancy” and Rita Ora-voiced smash “Black Widow.” The Aussie rap diva backed up those achievements with solid album sales and four Grammy nominations (including one for Best New Artist). Her next mission? Launching a 2015 stadium tour of North America with a little help from heartthrob du jour Nick Jonas.
The 24-year-old jumped on Twitter today (December 10) to shed a little light on the live spectacular. “My tour is called ‘The Great Escape Tour’ and this name is somewhat relatable to what ill be naming Album 2,” she tweeted. It will be interesting to see what she means by “somewhat relatable.” She further explained the name, saying: “I like the idea of me being kind of a musical escape artist for people.” That’s all very exciting, but where’s the “Beg For It” video? See Iggy’s tweets after the jump.
its actually been an amazing last few years getting to where I'm at now and i can't wait for 2015 and album 2 plus tour!
