Iggy Azalea is known for spilling the tea to her fans on Twitter, and last week the rapper confirmed her collaboration with Britney Spears! She responded to a fan on the social media site with this: “To answer ur question: bliss isn’t real or the name of our song. also our song isn’t about booty or sonically similar.”

Now I-G-G-Y is revealing even more information about the forthcoming duet with pop’s princess. In a recent interview with Boston radio station Kiss 108 for their Jingle Ball, Azalea stated the single will be coming next year. “We recorded a few different things and then one of those just ended up being, I think, undeniably great. Hopefully everybody will get to hear it at the beginning of next year,” she said. “I think people are really going to love it and enjoy it. It’s a really fun track.”

You may recall that Spears herself proclaimed that she wanted to work with the rapper, so eventually her team got in contact with Azalea. The Aussie hopes to finally meet her on New Year’s Eve at the singer’s Planet Hollywood show, so all things are go for Brit-Brit’s follow-up to 2013’s Britney Jean. View the video interview below!
