Mathew Claims Elevator Brawl Was Staged
If Mathew Knowles' relationship with Beyonce wasn't strained already, it will be after she hears about his latest run-in with the media.

Mathew Knowles is struggling financially, according to TMZ. So much so, he’s now reportedly resorting to selling merchandise — including goods from the days of Destiny’s Child, as well as solo material from Beyoncé, Solange and Kelly Rowland

Bey’s father and former manager, who has already caused their relationship to strain by alleging that the infamous elevator brawl was promotion for her tour (and, as revealed by the Sony hack, recently tried to make a Destiny’s Child biopic happen), is selling trinkets including posters, tour books and House of Dereon clothing pieces in a massive garage sale outside his Houston office last week.

From TMZ: “Mathew Knowles is having baby mama troubles, which might explain why he started selling off some Bey treasures outside his office in Houston last Friday. As of Monday, there were plenty of items available, including a giant Beyonce poster for $200, old tour books for $20, and various pieces of House of Dereon clothing. On a budget? You can find a Solange CD for $1.96…We’re told Mathew shunned an attempt to haggle the oversized Beyonce poster down to $14, standing firm at two hundy.” Yikes.

Will you be heading down to Daddy Knowles’ office to pick up a classic DC3 tour treasure, or do you think he should find alternate routes to profit? Sound off in the comments, and check out two more photos from the garage sale below.
