Despite sparking online outrage for showing her ankle at a mosque, it looks like Selena Gomez had an amazing time in Dubai. The 22-year-old saw in 2015 in the Middle East metropole with a bunch of celebrity friends including Cody Simpson and model Gigi Hadid. They did the usual things — shopping, sightseeing and attending fancy gala events. (Ok, so the latter activity isn’t on every tourist’s itinerary).
The For You diva shared several pics from the glamorous vacation on her Instagram account, including a handful of sizzling snaps from New Year’s Eve. Selena hit the beach in a sequined dress with a plunging neckline for some post-party shenanigans with her friends. The “Heart Wants What It Wants” hitmaker, who is rumored to be working with Zedd (among others) on her first LP for Interscope, cuddled with Gigi and struck her best model pose.
