Sabrina Carpenter's "The Middle Of Starting Over" video is a candy-colored delight. Check it out.

Sabrina Carpenter carved out a niche as Disney’s queen of bubbly country-pop in 2014 with her excellent Can’t Blame A Girl For Trying EP. The title track, which was penned by “All About That Bass” diva Meghan Trainor, and second single “The Middle Of Starting Over” were pretty much irresistible, but (for whatever reason) didn’t quite connect with radio programmers. Hopefully, she’ll have more luck with her new anthem.

The 15-year-old unveiled the cover of new single “We’ll Be The Stars” on Twitter this morning (January 6). It boasts a typically cute snap of the Girl Meets World actress sitting on the floor. There are no songwriting or production details for the track as yet, but it’s scheduled for a January 13 release. Let’s hope Sabrina can follow in the footsteps of fellow Hollywood Records diva Demi Lovato and do some serious damage on the Billboard Hot 100 with the first cut from her debut LP. See her tweet after the jump.
