People’s Choice Awards 2015: Iggy Azalea, Taylor Swift & Ed Sheeran Win Big

This year’s awards season has officially begun, with the 2015 People’s Choice Awards just wrapping up tonight (January 7) live from Los Angeles. The fan-voted show (co-hosted by actresses and Mom co-stars Anna Faris and Allison Janney) commemorated some of the biggest names in television, film and pop music. Lady AntebellumIggy Azalea and Fall Out Boy all took the stage, where I-G-G-Y performed “Beg For It” sans  and the rock band entertaining the audience with “Centuries.”

Azalea snagged the first music award of the night for Favorite Hip-Hop Artist, while fellow Aussies 5 Seconds Of Summer took home the win for Favorite Breakout Artist. Pharrell was also voted as Favorite R&B Artist. But pop stars du jour Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran were the big winners of the night, with the “Blank Space” starlet scoring three awards including Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Pop Artist and Favorite Song for “Shake It Off.” The UK crooner received two of his own: Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Album for xWatch the performances after the jump!
