Most Anticipated Of 2015, As Chosen By You
The winners of our annual Most Anticipated poll have just been announced!

Well, it seems Adam Lambert saw the results of our Most Anticipated of 2015 poll, because he just spilled the beans about his massively anticipated forthcoming third studio album.

In a new exclusive with Billboard, the superstar performer revealed that he’s just signed a major multi-album deal with Warner Bros. Records, and the executive producers of the forthcoming Trespassing follow-up will be none other than almighty pop production legend Max Martin and Shellback, the same duo responsible for both “Whataya Want from Me” and “If I Had You” off of his much-beloved 2009 debut, For Your Entertainment.

Although he could not reveal any of the collaborators, he did let it slip that a first single will come out in April. “I think people are going to be really surprised. The album feels like a new era for me — emotionally, lyrically, sonically. It feels fresh, it feels new. It’s still me. It’s still stuff that fans know and love but it’s a new chapter 100 percent,” he explained.

He also says the music will have more of a grounded edge (“a little less with the theatrical and the camp”) than what fans might expect: “Vocally, it’s very intimate compared to what I’ve done in the past. There is a little bit of a daring, deeper internal conflict and poetry about it.” For more, check out the full interview over at Billboard.
