Everything Say Lou Lou touches turns to gold. Literally.
At this point, it’s basically insane that the stunning Aussie-Swedish sister act hasn’t dropped their long awaited debut LP yet. From “Beloved” to “Better In The Dark” to “Everything We Touch” to their unexpected dreamy remake of Daft Punk‘s “Instant Crush,” the two have quite literally never done wrong. And guess what? The streak continues.
“Nothing But A Heartbeat” is the dream-pop duo’s latest single from their upcoming debut, Lucid Dreaming, due out on April 6. Filled with ambient guitar, sweeping melodies and a late night ambient undercurrent (crickets chirping!), the girls’ latest uptempo anthem is as catchy, cinematic and stunning as ever. “I got no air in my lungs, got no bones in my body/There’s nothing left inside…nothing but a heartbeat,” the two sing in unison.
