Twin Shadow Serves Serious Fringe On The Cover Of New LP ‘Eclipse’: See The Full Tracklist

After releasing two critically-acclaimed albums on independent labels (2010’s Forget and 2012’s Confess), Twin Shadow signed with Warner Bros last year. He wasted no time putting the finishing touches on his third LP Eclipse — unveiling the cover and tracklist of Eclipse today (January 27). The artwork is a dramatic affair with George Lewis Jr. (his real name) channeling Freddie Mercury in the black-and-white portrait.

The album includes excellent buzz singles “To The Top” and “Turn Me Up,” which showcase the breadth of Twin Shadow’s sound. The former is an 80’s-influenced pop/rock anthem with a soaring, lighters-in-the-air chorus that should have been a massive radio hit, while the latter only allows a fleeting glimpse of the artist’s newfound pop sensibility. Eclipse drops on March 17. See the full tracklist and watch George’s shadowy a cappella performance after the jump.

Twin Shadow’s Eclipse tracklist:

1. Flatliners 2. When The Lights Turn Out 3. To The Top 4. Alone Feat. Lily Elise 5. Eclipse 6. Turn Me Up 7. I’m Ready 8. Old Love/New Love Feat. D’Angelo Lacy 9. Half Life 10. Watch Me Go 11. Locked & Loaded
