Kanye West stopped by the Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday (January 28) for a very anticipated appearance — and he sure did deliver! The entertainer premiered the preview video for “Only One,” a touching ballad that tributes ‘Ye’s late mother Donda. Directed by Spike Jonze (“Flashing Lights,” “Otis”), the clip shows a more vulnerable side to the usually unattainable rapper. It stars his daughter, North West, as they hang out together on a field during one rainy day.

West revealed to Ellen that it will appear on his forthcoming seventh LP, which is still as yet untitled. “This transition from what I felt when I did Yeezus to what I feel now and we’re just creating,” he said. After releasing the video, he chatted with the host about working on more kids with wife Kim Kardashian, and that they’re very happy in their marriage.

‘Ye also touched on the Adidas deal that allowed him to have creative freedom: “I was going through my version of my terrible twos. My daughter wants to express herself, but she just doesn’t have the words for it… There were so many things I wanted to do with film and clothing but I just didn’t have the words or the resources,” he told Ellen. Watch the video for “Only One” up top, and catch Yeezy discussing having more kids below!
