Whitney Houston Remembered By Beyonce
Friends and fellow artists remember Houston on what would have been her 51st birthday.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston‘s daughter, was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Roswell, Georgia home on January 31. Brown’s husband Nick Gordon reportedly tried to perform CPR on her before police arrived at the scene and she was transported to North Fulton Hospital.

While several sites have reported that Brown was then placed in a medically induced coma, neither Billboard nor The Atlanta Journal Constitution could confirm her condition.

This scene eerily recalls how Houston was found dead in a bathtub nearly three years to the date, on February 11, 2012; the official cause was accidental drowning, though heart disease and cocaine use were listed as contributing factors.

Meanwhile, Brown’s cousin tells E! that with the anniversary of her mother’s death coming up, Brown was trying her best to stay healthy (“Krissi doesn’t do drugs”) and keep her spirits up.

“She’s been going to the gym every day with her husband and trying to be happy,” Brown’s cousin says. “She swims a lot. It’s a rough time lately with the anniversary, so this is a blow to the family.”

So far, authorities have treated the incident as a medical call since they couldn’t find any signs of foul play.

Brown is also the only child born to Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown.
