“Only A Girl” Singer Gia Debuts New Single, “Loud”: Listen
After catching our attention with her sensual and provocative lady-on-lady lovin’ anthem “Only A Girl,” 18-year-old pop upstart Gia‘s coming right back at us with another reason why she just might be the next big one to watch in pop.
Produced by Redwine (who co-helmed Tinashe‘s “2 On”), “Loud” is a trap-lite track that uniquely blends Americana-like strumming guitars and soaring strings with tripping hi-hats and urban beats, all tied together with an infectious, Rihanna-like wail of a chorus. “‘Loud’ is a song about not always feeling perfect but making sure that you’re being heard and valued. It’s important to me to make noise and make change,” she says of the new song.
“Loud” is the latest track off of her forthcoming debut EP, expected out within in the next few months.
