Miley Cyrus’ Short Film ‘Tongue Tied’ Will Not Screen At NYC Porn Festival After All

Sorry, Smilers, but you’ll have to detach your nipple clamps, set the riding crop back down on Grandma’s nightstand and step out of your leather gimp suit — as it turns out, Miley Cyrus won’t be taking part in the New York City Porn Film Festival later this month, after all.

It was first reported that Cyrus’ black-and-white short film Tongue Tied, directed by Quentin Jones, would play at the upcoming fest being held at Secret Project Robot in Bushwick, New York. If you caught Miley’s Bangerz Tour last year, you no doubt saw clips of the bondage-heavy piece projected behind the singer on stage. Also showing at the event in late February: Tila Tequila‘s sex tape. So hot and super relevant.

Alas, despite everyone bouncing their electrical tape-covered boobs in joy over the thought of Miley taking her art to this classy new level, USA Today notes that the reports simply aren’t true (despite the fest’s site apparently having posted, and now taken down, a blurb about Tongue Tied being part of the lineup):

Miley’s rep, Kelly Bush, says Miley’s video is NOT being entered in the festival. “Miley was proud to make a film with acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Jones. Neither she nor Quentin are participating in this ‘festival’ in any way,” says Bush.

Oh, well — if it’s lite Miley porn you’re after, all you really have to do is check out her Instagram feed on a weekly basis, or wait for her next inevitable nude magazine shoot.
