Meet Natalie La Rose
Meet Natalie La Rose. The newcomer teams up with Jeremih on debut single "Somebody."

Natalie La Rose is shaping up to be the first break-out artist of 2015. The Dutch diva’s Jeremih-assisted debut single “Somebody” is exploding at rhythmic radio and steadily climbing the Billboard Hot 100 (it reached a new peak of number 59 this week). Flo Rida‘s protege now drops the video and it’s a cute and colorful escapade that pays tribute to its ’80s source material — namely Whitney Houston‘s iconic “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”

The 25-year-old rocks a variety of pastel-colored outfits in the video and shows off her best (retro) dance moves. She also hugs a glow-in-the-dark teddy bear! Meanwhile, the “Don’t Tell ‘Em” hitmaker makes a welcome cameo and flirts with our girl. It’s an appropriately cute visual for the breezy bop, which interpolates Whitney’s classic anthem in a fresh and modern way. Get to know the rising star a little better up top.
