Miley Cyrus proved there’s more to her than nude photo shoots and irritating Instagram edits by delivering a killer cover of Paul Simon‘s enduring hit “50 Ways To Leave Your Lover” on Saturday Night Live‘s star-studded 40th anniversary special. The twerkin’ 22-year-old put her own (i.e. country) spin on the classic tune and showed off the powerful pipes that made “Wrecking Ball” one of the best singles of 2013. She also looked extremely cute in her white suit!

The Bangerz diva chose the track to honor the fact that Paul Simon was the first act to host and perform on the show way back on October 18, 1975. She did the legendary singer/songwriter and his track justice by reigning it in and letting her voice take center stage. When you see/hear Miley nail it like this, you can’t help but hope there’s a country album somewhere in her future. Watch up top.
