Kanye West Premieres "Wolves"
Kanye West premiered a new song at his Adidas fashion show today in NYC. Take a listen.

Kanye West joined forces with Australian singer/songwriter Sia and rising rapper Vic Mensa for the extraordinary live debut of “Wolves” on Saturday Night Live‘s 40th anniversary special. Produced by Cashmere Cat and Sinjin Hawke, the ominous, down-tempo track premiered during Yeezy’s Adidas fashion show on February 12. It sounded great then, but tonight’s (February 15) brilliant staging lifted it to an entirely new level.

The 37-year-old began the performance with a verse from “Jesus Walks” while lying flat on the stage, staring into the camera with eerie contact lenses. He was, quite literally, a lone wolf until he stood — in a cramped tent-like box — and sang current single “Only One.” He was then joined by his pack of “Wolves.” In this case, a crawling, bewigged Sia and a sneering Vic. They both acquitted themselves flawlessly, but there was no taking your eyes off Kanye. He’s at the height of his powers right now and everything he does — both musically and visually — is a lesson for the rest of the game. Watch up top.
