Cascada Return With “Reason” Video So We Can All Party Like It’s 2006
There is apparently still a need out there somewhere for the sledgehammer Euro-thump of Cascada, the Natalie Horler-led, German dance act that rose to global prominence nearly 10 years ago with hits like “Everytime We Touch” and Lady Gaga knockoff “Evacuate The Dancefloor” — and so they’re back!
New single “Reason” basically picks up the glowstick from wherever Cascada left off last time, and finds the outfit carrying on as if EDM wasn’t on the brink of coughing up its inevitable death rattle.
When all is said and done, Horler and her handsome male companion in the song’s music video make for pretty eye candy as they give dramatic face and drive across some barren countryside or other, and I think we can all agree that the big takeaway here is that both have really good hair.
