“You got me insane,” Jhene Aiko tweeted at Nick Jonas on February 27. Immediately, fans demanded answers. “You two need to do a song together,” one said, to which Jonas replied, “Good idea.”

Turns out, Jonas and Aiko already recorded together — specifically, for a remix of the former’s current single “Chains,” which surfaced online yesterday (February 28). While he sings of being trapped in a relationship, as in the original, she suggests that for him, being submissive shouldn’t necessarily a bad thing: “It’s not difficult, here’s a visual / Chains and whips, make him strip, I’m in control.”

“Chains” appears in Jonas’ self-titled sophomore album, which he says was inspired by R&B singers like Aiko herself. Check out the remix below, and let us know what you think in the comments!
