Major Lazer & DJ Snake Drop Their “Lean On” Collaboration Featuring MØ: Listen
Major Lazer and DJ Snake already have a long list of bangers in their discography, so when the two come together for a collaboration one would expect an epic club-ready track. But with “Lean On,” that is surprisingly not the case!
The tune was released today (March 2) and finds the producers stepping away from the predictable weighty bass drops and wild synths in favor of a mellowed, tropical-flavored sound. With bright vocals from Danish singer MØ and wonky electronic effects, “Lean On” is a refreshing reminder that Spring is just around the corner (despite the crappy winter that is still occurring). Speaking of the upcoming warm months, Major Lazer are planning to release their third studio LP soon — which will feature Ellie Goulding, Ariana Grande, Gwen Stefani and more.
