Christina Aguilera Teases Nick Jonas’ Stint As Advisor On ‘The Voice’ With Cute Photo
There are two simple truths when it comes to pop: 1) No female coach is more charismatic and devilishly amazing on The Voice than the original, Christina Aguilera, and 2) Nick Jonas is hot as hell, and put out a fantastic solo album last year.
Given this, we were more than thrilled to learn earlier this year that Nick is headed to The Voice to be a guest mentor for Christina Aguilera’s team — which, if you watched last night’s episode, is shaping up quite nicely. Xtina was absent from the singing talent show the past two seasons while she had her second baby, a girl named Summer Rain, and also went about recording her eight studio album. Shakira and Gwen Stefani filled in for her while she was out.
Earlier this week, Aguilera posted the below photo on Instagram and noted that she’s “so excited” to have “Chains” hit-maker Nick join her team as an advisor during the upcoming Battle Rounds on The Voice.
Jonas, however, isn’t the only big name in pop who will help out a Voice coach this season: Lionel Richie will be lending a helping hand to Team Pharrell Williams, while Blake Shelton‘s crew will get advice from Meghan Trainor and Adam Levine‘s team will be aided by Ellie Goulding.
