Rihanna Debuts “American Oxygen” In March Madness Commercial: Watch The Preview
The world may never know when #R8 will actually arrive, but Rihanna continues to unapologetically tease us with new music! Her latest preview is in the form of a — get this — basketball commercial. The singer tweeted a promotional clip for the NCAA’s March Madness, which debuts a new track from the upcoming album — “American Oxygen.”
In the 30-second teaser, the Bad Gal rocks a classic white t-shirt and denim combination while performing the tune in front of a hazy-filtered American flag. The song itself sounds like a thumping mid-tempo with triumphant percussion and lyrics like “Young boy hustling/ Trying to get the wheels in motion” that will suit a stadium stage perfectly. Judging from “American Oxygen,” the singer’s “Higher” Instagram teaser and the new “Dancing In The Dark” preview from Home, the next Rihanna era seems worth the wait!
